I’m a health crisis survivor, Christian, trainer, and world traveler.

It's easy to lose faith when you don't see God working in the way you think makes sense.

2020 was a terrible year for everyone. Mine started with the death of my father and ended with a Christmas stay in the hospital where a physician told me I wouldn't walk out alive.

God had other plans though.
